COMPSAC, the IEEE Computer Society Signature Conference on Computers, Software and Applications, will be running this year in Turin - Italy, form the 4th of July until the 7th of July, with the aim of discussing research results, advancements and future trends in computer and software technologies and applications. The theme of the 41st COMPSAC is Building Digital Autonomy for a Sustainable World.

NET FUTURES 2017 conference is a networking event - taking place in Brussels on the 28th and 29th of June 2017 - where policy makers and technologists will meet to have deep-dive conversations and learn about each other’s wishes and needs for tomorrow’s internet, the economy and society.

The Digital Assembly 2017 will take place on 15 and 16 June in Valletta, Malta. It is an event co-organised by the European Commission and the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

Datacloud Europe brings together leading innovators, solutions providers, location agencies, power companies, infrastructure and connectivity leaders, data centre service firms, cooling specialists, European and global organizations, investors, data centre audit firms, and government agencies.

It will be running from the 6th until the 8th of June 2017, at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, a conference and congress centre located on the seafront of Monaco’s eastern beach quartier, Larvotto, Monte Carlo.

In New York City, from the 6th until the 8th of June, the 20th edition of the Cloud Expo will take place, joining together technology buyers and vendors that can meet to experience and discus cloud computing and all that it entails.

On Tuesday, 11th April 2017, in DCU Business School, Dublin City University, the CloudLightning Horizon2020-funded project is organising the “CloudLightning Conference”, held in conjunction with the Irish National Conference in Cloud Computing and Commerce (NC4).

The SUNFISH cloud federation platform offers Federation-as-a-Service (FaaS), a new and innovative cloud federation solution that enables the secure creation and management of cloud federations. This will be presented and discussed during the brief public workshop foreseen on the morning of Wednesday the 29th in Malta.

Cloud Expo Europe 2017 will be taking place in London, on the 15 and 16 of March 2017. Once again it runs alongside other industry-leading technology sister events: Data Centre World, Cloud Security Expo, Smart IoT London and Big Data World.

Digital transformation is well underway and it is disrupting economies and societies worldwide. This is the reason why the CloudWATCH2 project is now calling to know the state of the art, which technologies exist, their maturity and level of collaboration and interoperability. They would like to do it by gathering all information models, data structures, interface communication… anything is welcome!
