Events

The second “in-presence” SUNFISH project meeting of 2016 will be taking place from the 5th to the 7th of December, hosted by consortium partner IBM R&D Labs - Haifa.

In the context of this, SUNFISH will also be presented to the wider public during the workshop organised by IBM Haifa focusing on cybersecurity “Third Security Research Seminar”. This event will provide a forum for the security communities from both academia and industry to share innovative work, exchange ideas, discuss progress, and address challenges.

Cloud Expo Europe will be running in Frankfurt on the 23rd and 24th of November 2016 and will present a large series of conferences, seminars and exhibitions focusing on true benefits of cloud computing.

Following the successful CF2015 conference in Pisa October 2015, the Cloud Forward 2016 Conference will be held in Madrid, at the centrally-located Circulo de Bellas Artes from 18th to 20th October.

The EuroCloud Forum Congress is the 7th edition of the EuroCloud Congress that is held every year in Europe and for the first time in Romania. Under the slogan “Creating new frontiers in European Cloud”, it will be one of the sector’s largest forums on the future of Cloud in Europe.

IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing (CLOUD) has been a prime international forum for both researchers and industry practitioners to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of cloud computing, identify emerging research topics, and define the future of cloud computing.

SUNFISH was presented during the workshop showing main results and outcomes of the project “Relocation of the five Data Centers of Italy’s Ministry of Finance Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services”, which took place on the 5th of April 2016, at Sogei S.p.A. headquarters, located in Rome - Italy

The SUNFISH General Assembly partner meeting and public workshop took place from the 22nd to the 24th of March 2016 at the University of Southampton Winchester Campus
